Consumer Intelligence (CI) is an independent company that provides critical business information on price, service and customer satisfaction.  

The company has operations in Canada, Pakistan and the UK with a head office in Bristol and is the leading provider of competitor information to the UK General Insurance industry. 

Data is captured through a combination of in-house mystery shopping teams – both telephone and online - and external consumer panels.  All data is collected independently so statistics and findings are completely unbiased. Analysts turn the data into actionable intelligence that can be used to benefit client companies and consumers. 

The company name and data can be seen every day on television – substantiating promotional messages on advertisements for insurance companies and price comparison sites (see our work on TV below).  Moreover, The Office of National Statistics use Consumer Intelligence’s data when compiling the Retail Price Index for the UK Government.
